Angel's Night 2009 Press Conference

Mayor Bing is excited to kick-off Angel’s Night 2009.  Please join the Mayor at the Angel’s Night press conference this Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at 9:45 am, at the corner of Alger and John R, on the east side of Woodward.  Please arrive between 9:00 am and 9:15 am so that everyone can assemble.

This year’s Angel’s Night theme is “Watch Your Block.” Mayor Dave Bing and his team are calling on all community leaders to encourage neighbors to turn on their porch light, watch a vacant home on their block and/or patrol the neighborhood with their Neighborhood City Hall.
 
Please ask your radio patrols and community leaders to attend and wear their Angel’s Night or community group paraphernalia if possible.  Let’s get everyone excited and ready to keep our communities safe!
