National Development Council (NDC) Training

June 8 – 12, 2009

Detroit LISC staff and several stakeholders are participating in the National Development Council’s (NDC’s) Housing Development Finance Professional (HDFP) Certification Program.  This is a four-course training program that explores the development process, financial analysis techniques, and structuring and negotiating skills needed to successfully develop and finance affordable home ownership and rental housing development.  The training program’s final course is Housing Development Finance: Problem Solving and Deal Structuring.
