Wayne State University's annual Martin Luther King, Jr. tribute luncheon is a community event to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.  This year’s luncheon will take place Friday, January 16, 2009 at The Max M. Fisher Music Center.  Doors open at 10:00 am with the program beginning at 11:00 am.  Susan L. Taylor, Editor Emerita of Essence Magazine and Founder of the National Cares Mentoring Movement, is this year’s keynote speaker.
