2008 & Beyond

In its effort to stimulate economic activity not only locally, but also regionally, LISC supports regional equity work between city neighborhoods and inner ring suburbs by providing technical assistance and financial support to cross-jurisdictional collaboratives focused on social equity and physical development initiatives. LISC is also addressing regional development through its support of community stakeholder organizing around potential new mass transit and the accompanying transit-oriented development opportunities.
